The Aero-Engines Americas Showcase will enable you to display your products and services to the senior level attendees throughout both days of the conference, in-person and virtually. The new hybrid conference model allows for enhanced networking, giving you time to explain and demo your product or service face to face to the in-person attendees and through the video networking feature of the Brella platform to the virtual attendees.
- Tabletop display space with dressed table and chairs
- Virtual booth listed under the sponsors tab within the Brella platform with customised elements including video, gallery, chat function, and ‘Meet the Reps’
- 2 delegate places at the event
- 100 word profile in the event guide
- Logo to be featured on event website as ‘exhibitor’, with a link to your website
Each company will receive one table, 2 chairs and access to power and must display any/all products and promotional items on top of the table (no additional tables, racks, stands etc. can be used). You can bring a maximum of 2 banners, all banners/backdrops must fit behind the table and be no wider than the table itself (approx. 5 foot/1.5 metres). Note that the Showcase Exhibition is not open to the public, only to conference attendees.
As part of your tabletop package, you will also receive a virtual booth in the Brella platform, allowing you to showcase your products and services to all attendees including those that cannot come and meet you at the in-person event.
The booth is fully customisable, allowing you to apply your logo, name, tagline, website, company description and social media links. You can also add images, videos and documents to explain what you are offering.
It also comes with a booth chat feature and all of your registered staff will be listed for attendees to connect and book video meetings with. After the event, you will receive a list of tangible leads of those attendees who interacted with you.
